Not egging tonight; the wife is picking up a pizza. Hey, leaves more time to enjoy the 2nd round with some Woodford Reserve and a Cain NUB 464T...
Doing 2 racks of baby backs and 2 racks of spares tomorrow for mom's birthday. Going to go at 350 indirect till they pass the bend test... Mom loves ribs and these will be her first off the egg.
Hope everyone has a great weekend. Thinking that Tiger will be on top at the end; but I would love to see Freddy win it as well.

Wife's at a sewing event tonight and would usually be doing pizza as well but I think I'll cut into the brisket I did overnight that is in the cooler now!

@L-S-there have to be some benes' for enduring the extended winter and abbreviated summers. Cubans are the reward I guess Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

They ain't what they used to be. We used to have a big humidor in the office and the American visitors loved them. I hear the aren't that good anymore. I smoke one a year on my annual golf outing

Some pics of today's cook...
Ribs on, dome at about 300. Rubbed with olive oil and then tasty licks. Using cherry chips for smoke.
Also planning on some veggies when the ribs come off. Probably some bacon wrapped asparagus.
