  • fishlessman,
I am constantly amazed by your ability to take such fine photos of your accomplishments! Me? I just can't seem to hold back. (Am I the only one with this problem?) For example, last night we had some excellent jerked turkey thighs with smoked corn and eggplant. It looked great but the camera was in the next room. If you can recommend a digital camera that comes with a bottle opener, my chances of posting pictures will go way up![p]Paul

  • fishlessman,[p]Wow, looks fantastic! I think I'll hit the farm stand and give that casserole a try. Thank you for posting the pics!

    Essex County,
the little farm stand i went to yesterday is up your way, take the road next to the butcher boy past the lake a few miles and its on the left where the nursery is before the little icecream stand with the homemade stuff. nice people there, needed some cilantro and they went into the nursary and gave me a few potted plants. the heirloom tomatoes there dont look like much, but they were the best tasting tomatoes ive had this year. i also picked up some fresh picked jalepenos

    stike,
its Paisley's nursury, i stop there at lunch sometimes on the way to benson's ice cream. its a real small stand but nice people. i needed some cilantro that they didnt have out and they went inside and gave me some potted plants for no charge.
