If you can call it that. We are a family of 5 but 3 of them are under the age of 10 so there is no need for a 15lb packer at my house. I found an 8 lb whole brisket at Costco. After trimming it was probably less than 7. Family was very happy. Rubbed down... image 1/2 way home... imageimage
