My daughter's wedding with eggs

We are hosting our daughter's wedding in the backyard. There will be 150 people and we are going to attempt the main course on our eggs. We have a BBQ team with 6 large and 1 extra large. One of the other teams will lend us 3 large. We have a caterer that will do everything including serving so we are going to attempt the main course. We are planning steaks for everyone, plus a few prime ribs and chickens. For later in the evening we hope to have some great food (don't know what yet) to go with the cool ones.[p]Any ideas for us would be very helpful.[p]Joe &

    Joe,[p]having just got back from supplying the main course for a friends wedding, some very goooood ham, i just wanted to say that when it comes to food that is the last thing on anyone elses mind until it's ready to start diggin in.[p]I guess I don't have much to offer on this, but, unless you have a dedicated bunch ready to handle all those eggs you may have a handfull. [p]best of luck, ENJOY THE WEDDING, and get as much prepped in advance as possible

    Hey Ray: We just finished a little team get together, the weather is perfect. Wendy was just saying that you were asking for the recipe, so I showed her your entry on the forum and she mumbled something about a Smokin Eh book.     Joe,[p]Nah, I'm going to the American Royal, and that takes about a month!![p]Tell Wendy I'm going in to the lab to make my own. Look for Dr. BBQ's version in my next book. She might get a mention.
