Chicken Breast and leftovers

God Bless America---
Last evening's cook was at an outdoor temp of 21* F, Chicken breast with evoo, Butt Rub and Montreal Steak. 450* for 2-3 min, flip, repeat then shut off air. Chicken breast, leftover greenbean casserole, leftover corn casserole, cranberry jello salad and lemon merangue pie (this was appetizer and dessert)

Alton, it seems like I do chicken, pork chops and steak all about the same. Cook for a time, flip for the same time then turn off air for about the same time.
