Moroccan Mixed Grill

Cooked the Moroccan Mixed Grill from the BBQ Bible. Turned out well, I'll repeat. I couldn't find all the seafood I was looking for at Central Market, so next time ill have to try Whole Foods or Quality Seafood.
The bread was a rock hard day old baguette that I sawed in half, spritzed with olive oil and threw on the grill; it resurrected pretty well.

I cooked this raised direct. I got distracted after lighting the fire and the temperature ran away to 600, cooled it back down to 425 dome and threw it on. No problems sticking, but the seafood was brushed with olive oil so I'm sure that helped.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
