Just today-inquire about the "eat" time as opposed to the "be there" time and get one answer-of course both were off.  Since I'm providing the "choice" roast  I had more than a passing interest.  Not to worry- throttled the BGE down and enjoyed "medium+" as apposed to rare but it's Christmas...:)
