Quick recipe: Thick, boneless pork chops

I made these last night with an off-the-cuff recipe. The chops were from Costco and about 2" thick. Dried the chops with paper towels. I made a quick rub of 2/3 Emeril's Essence and 1/3 brown sugar. I used this very liberally on the chops. Grilled on the BGE at 400 for 24 minutes, flipping them every four minutes and rotating them around the grill as necessary.
I sprinkled the cooked chops with the remainder of the rub. They were damn near perfect.
