Butt is at 189 degrees but not planning to eat for another 2 hours. Is it best to wrap in foil or shred and then wrap? Thanks!

+1 to keep it whole and in the foil. Then wrap in a towel and stuff into a picnic cooler until your ready to shred.I know all the rules, but the rules do not know me.
