Wanted to do a trial run. Turned out great. 375 dome temp until 160 IT in the breast.

I did one last night as well. I left it on a bit long, 170 breast and it could have been juicier. Nice looking bird there.

Breast @ 160 if just fine...... Nice birdSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
