Platesetter

Okay, I'm a dope. I believe from reading these posts, I have a vague idea of what a platesetter is. I did the "google search" and came up with some type of computer product (ugh!). I've looked at egg accessories and it is not listed. Where do I purchase one of these badboys?

    The Bone,
A plate setter (Google again using a space between the words) is a substantial ceramic platter with 3 legs designed to balance on the egg's fire ring. It is used to enhance the oven-like properties of the egg (as opposed to grill or smoker like). With legs down, it is a pizza stone. With legs up it can hold a drip pan and moderate the direct heat from your fire. The cooking grid fits on the 3 legs when they're up. That's good for roasting or slow cooking.[p]I got mine from www.hearthsidedistributors.com but most local dealers carry them.[p]Paul
