Chicken legs, a good solid staple weekly dish. Marinated overnight in Allegro Hot & Spicy. Done direct, raised grid, at 400 until the internals were in the low 180s. Really good, and the marinade had some real bite tonight. Chicken legs were never favored much, until we started doing them this way. These were really good.
Had some sweet potato and raw veggies with them.
Leftovers for lunch and the freezer.
