Picked up some beef tenderloin steaks yesterday. Put a light drizzle of EVO in a plate with salt and pepper, and placed the steaks on the plate, turning them every so often. Two big russet potatoes were cleaned and punctured  and then EVO was rubbed on them, followed by salt and garlic salt. Theses were set on an indirect grill at 425 for 1 hour. Taken off to cool a little, then I hollowed out the shell. The meat was put into a bowl, mixed with about 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of butter, some cheese and onions, ( I totally forgot the bacon, to many adult beverages??) After mixing this together, it was back into the potato shell and back onto the large egg for another 20 minutes. Our small egg was patiently waiting at 550 for the steaks, grilled those for about 7-8 minutes. IT was 138. Corn was the vegetable for the meal. I love steak!!
