did a couple of dozen per cazzy's recipe on sunday - what a recipe! my wife doesn't love chicken on the egg as she thinks it takes too much smoke flavour, but we both agreed that these were tremendous.

I did these last night and it has a permanent place in the recipe file. I suggest that the amount of salt be cut back though, the recipe maybe should have called for three teaspoons instead of tablespoons. Three tablespoons of salt will turn five pounds of cabbage into sauerkraut!
