Good Mornin' all!
I'm doing some spares on Sunday, and my bride found our jar of BGE sweet maple (unopened) from the last Octoberfest. My questions:Is the rub still good; and how is it on ribs?[p]Thanks, and have a safe Independence Day!

Moldy Coyote,[p]I used it the other night on Tillapia! At the end, glazed with a mixture of butter and mapple syrup (that I had heated and reduced in a small pan). [p]It was sweet and different, but good! I don'r know how it would be on ribs. Is there a recipe on the lable?[p]Smokey

It really is quite sweet, but that's good on pork. I am thinking that I'd like this rub in place of the honey and brown sugar that I've used on competition ribs (I don't do that at home).[p]My next pork loin will be rubbed with that stuff. Breakfast sausages, too.[p]Lee
