what"s up everybody. What is the cooking temp. for ground chuck hamburgers? Also, Dr. bbq. did some stuffed burgers on the video, I did some and it came out a little dry. I was trying to make sure the burger was done. Any thoughts? Thanks...

I use ground chuck myself and pull them at 140-145.  Rest them for  a few minutes and they will pick up a few more degrees.  This makes the on the more done side of medium.

I pull at 130 then rest. I like medium rare.
