I think it was BobbyQ who posted about cooking som Tillopia. Well, tonight I thought I'd give some a try. Any suggestions of how to cook?[p]Smokey

Smokey,
Talapia is very receptive to all types of seasonings. I just get my Egg up to 350-375, put my seasoning on it, put the fish on my fish grate and cook until done. Around 25 minutes.

Smokey,
grilled at high heat to make a little crispy crust using your fav. rub and make a little maple butter glaze to drizzle on top. Maple butter glaze is equal parts of each, set in a skillet and heat on high fire to boil, stirring constantly until it gets thick like caramel, drizzle on fried sweet potatoes as well, yum

<p />Smokey,

Here's what I came up with one time. The panko crumbs really help the maple syrup/butter and the rub to cling to the fish. This is also really really good with salmon. Good luck!

BYC39,
nope, this guy has been egging successfully since I was knee high to a duck, HE is one of the most knowledgeable eggers on here, if practice makes perfect, make sure you always read his posts.

BYC39,
No, it was the recipe I posted (see below) with the addition of the maple syrup/butter. I call that particular variation the "Dizzy Pig Naked Whiz Panko Encrusted Salmon With Maple Syrup And Butter Drizzle". A mouthful in more ways than one, eh? LOL!
