alinement pins on bands

i bought my large egg to day and while trying to assemble the bands on the egg i couldnt find the alinement pins for the top and bottom the holes are there but no pins have they stoped using them are what ?

Just got a new large a couple of weeks ago and I have pins on mine.[p]Steak
