Mmmm... just finished bottling this years batch of Lexington style 'dip'.  I can already taste that BBQ I'm making for the 4th.

    Okay-since I live in the Louisville, KY area I'll bite-are you referring to Lexington, KY and by "dip" I'm sure you are not referring to anything associated with chewing tobacco...recipe???
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Lexington NC actually...  it's the sauce for Lexington style BBQ.  (In Carolina, there's no such thing as "Carolina Pulled Pork".)
