Blackened and cajun shrimp, wrapped in bacon; Fresh corn; Fresh okra sliced and frid in canola; All went on at the same time and cooked until bacon was crisp. Please do not judge the portion size of my first plate.

The shrinp look great. I do something similar except I devein the shrimp and put in a paste of parm cheese mixed with a little lime juice. Then I wrap it in Proscutto Ham and put on the egg. Since the ham is pre-cooked, I just cook the shrinp until they are done.

That sounds great! I will have to give it a try.
