Shrimp and Veggie Basket

This is sort of like the low and slow version of wok cooking :-)  Temps were never more than 350.


I did this on the Large, and took some extra pictures because folks asked how this basket would fit on that size.

My regular veggie cook, then added shrimp, marinated in store bought chipotle lime.

Turned out nice.  Next time we're adding scallops or chunked up fish.  Also liked the effect of the marinade on the veggies.  Will probably drizzle some occasionally on veggies.

A rare treat, rice.  This was brown and wild.
