Fajitas Tonight

Trying fajitas for the first time tonight. Just picked up a new cast iron skillet. I've got some peppers, green onions, and fresh garlic to sautee. Cooking the whole meal on the egg. Using top sirloins for the meat. I plan on grilling them and slicing them up.

Please take pictures! I usually do the meat direct, and use a foil wrap for the veggies. I have a few cast iron skillets (one of which was my grandmothers and probably 50-60 years old) and would love to figure out how to use them on the egg.MikeThanks, Mike "Live in such a way that if anyone should speak badly of you, no one will believe it."
