Shrimp En Brochette

Finally getting around to posting about the shrimp I did last Thursday. Sorry about the delay, but better late than never, right?

Shrimp En Brochette, or Shrimp Brochette or just bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp. How can that not be good? Also had some regular shrimp, corn, andouille sausage and some french bread. All done on the Egg. Love when you can do a whole meal on the grill.

    Wow. I have done the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops with tony cacheres and slathered with butter while grilling for years, but you really took it up a notch. Jalapeño and pepper jack in the shrimp, even the parsley on your garlic bread. What a perfect meal. I have to try this one. Top notch!!
