Had my first go at ribs on Saturday. I decided to go with the Car Wash Mike method. Wow were they ever good, tender and moist. Next time maybe cook for an extra 30 minutes they weren't quit fall off the bone

Guess they were good. 4 adults 3 racks...... should have done 4

Actually I'm more amazed at the nice OEM gasket. Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket! -
Lol egg is only a month old.... the back side has a little char to it

Not in the "falloffthebone" club. They look good as is.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
