Done with jerk marinade. Not as tender as the last time. Only difference was the last one was raised grid.

Not really, but I thing flank is under rated, this is good stuff. I cook this a little slower and cooler than I would a rib eye.

Direct, I think raised grid was better, at around 350 at the grid. Finish off around 135 - 140 and rest. Marinate overnight in teriyaki, jerk, or garlic hot sauce.
