Bourbon Brined Turkey Tonight!

I made a 10 lb bourbon brined turkey tonight. Sorry, didn't get any pics, but it was really good. Got the recipe from the BGE cookbook. Honestly, it is not really brined. It was injected with the bourbon brine. We are doing another next Friday. This was a trial run for next week's dinner party.
