At the risk of stating the obvious-just make sure that when the night libations/hydrations kick in you are comfortable with a stable temperature. I alwys give it a check about 3-4 hours in to that routine-never had an issue and I only use the bottom vent and DFMT for control. You will do fine and expect around 14 hours to the finish line with 250*F (+/-) on the dome. I'm gettin hungry!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
