Egret seems to be the man so far, man it smells great. I have all ingredients cooking now and waiting to see results.

OK, let me start by saying I am one of the "sissies from the Northeast" or at least I am from the Northeast. I always laugh at chili recipes where they have on the box - not meant for Sissies from the Northeast. I followed the cow lick chili recipe exactly (used one serrano chile). I love it, spicy but incredible. The flavor is awesome. My wife thinks it is far to spicy, so I will have to modify a portion of it for her. My kids love it as well. Fantastic chili recipe, and I will definitely be making this again. Highly recommend it.
