I want to smoke some BB ribs this weekend. Have always cooked them before on a CharGriller with side fire box. Any suggestions on recipes, time and temps would be appreciated.

I find BB's come out pretty good for me at 225-230 after 4 hours, give or take. Depends on size, thickness, and density of rib. Bend test or toothpick testing the final clue. Not sure on your experience, but if you are new to egg and low and slow make sure you take your time building your fire and do not exceed your desired temp. Way hard to bring it back down. Good luck and have fun!!!!

I run a temp of 250 for ribs and good results. Hopefully you picked out a real nice and marbled rack of ribs. The meat areas should have some nice fat strands like a steak. I find my best ribs are of this quality pork and with the Egg it is no fail for flavor and tenderness. What Rub are you using for them?

Sorry, 4-5 hours depends how grenerous the meat is. If you have alot of bones showing then 4 hours forsure and if not looking like five.

Going to try Car Wash Mike's Ribs. I just got some Dizzy Pig Rubs by mail order and picked up the BB's at the store last night. Thank you for the suggestions. Will post pics if they turn out good. Yeah, probably will if they don't, so you all can tell what I did wrong.

The ribs were the best I have ever tasted. I followed Car Wash Mike's Rib recipe exactly and they turned out great.
Pic after 4.5 hours
Pic finishing them.
