Just got a BGE for Christmas - Newbie Needs Help

Is there a web site or program that would calculate grilling time / temperature based on the type of meat, weight / thickness, direct / indirect cooking, and provide finish / done temperature.

I suggest looking over this Forum you should find most of your answers, this would be best since it is for BGE users. Other Web sites may get you confused since they cover other types of grills other than Eggs. If not keep posting questions.

Sorry - I can't help with recommendations on duck. I have some duck breasts in the freezer that are soon going to find their way to the grill, but they will most likely be done shish kabob style wrapped in bacon.

Sounds good ... just remember, final internal temp. is first priority ... go for it and take pix to share ...Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg. -
"search"ing the forum, it seems that ~2hrs at 350-375 is in the ballpark.
