I’m cooking a bone-in pork roast today, weight is
~3.5 lbs. If I cook indirect at ~300 degrees or so I’m wondering what I should
figure on minutes per pound? Thanks, Brian. (Campbell, CA)

I'm trying a bone in 3.5 pounder tonight. How long did it take for medium?
