Any Recipes For deboned Bird?

I am wanting to maybe try a Turducken and am kinda wondering how the duck part of it turns out. Anyone out there have any other recipes for deboned Bird?

    google is your friend for a gazillion ways to stuff your bird(s). 

    i have cooked a few turduckens and deboned and made my own turchicken (left out the duck).  my wife likes em - i'm neutral on them.  it all kind of tastes the same to me and we end up with a huge pile of stuffed poultry that is way too much for two old people.
