My friends on another forum think this is overkill for a home cook, but I disagree. This would be fantastic for heating a large griddle, or for making gravy in a turkey-sized roasting pan; plus a lot easier to clean than my current gas range. If/when I ever remodel my kitchen, I will be considering this (although I don't yet know the price...)

I really, really like the concept. That is something I would consider if it comes to market. However, as always price would be a consideration.Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !
