need some resipes for cooking a bonless or bone-in leag of lamb grilled on the BGE

    Haven't done on BGE but on my last grill (Weber gas)... marinate boneless butterflied leg of lamb in hoisin, soy sauce, garlic and scallions. Cooked direct heat about 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. The end parts are well done the thicker parts in the middle are medium rare. The nice thing is the meat is uneven thickness which gives different degrees of doneness. Always get compliments on this one even from people that don't like lamb.
