Do I actually have to light it today?
Given all the grilling in the snow pics during the winter, I'm showing the other extreme. The thermo is calibrated. Its showing 156 (Since I shot downward, it looks a bit cooler). Confirmed with an IR thermo which showed 160 on the inside surface of the lid.
