Chuck short ribs?

Wife got these today, and i'm not totally familiar with the cut... Cook'em like short ribs....low and slow, or am I missing something? A beer for advice!

Here is one way I have done them, very flavorful and moist.

thanks for the input fellas...just marinated them in a ginger/sesame oil/lime/rice wine mix...in the fridge for a couple of days, then will braise.
