Pointers on fast cooking some wild boar

I have some wild boar ribs thawed out. I have company in about 3 hours. Is there any way to get them cooked up before they arrive? How would you do it? Also, the challenge must be met without a rib rack. :woohoo:
I am thinking 350 indirect for 2.5 hours or so with 30-45 min foil wrap.
Anyone?
Thanks,
John

If you don't have enough space to lay the slabs down, hopefully you have some skewers. It will be awkward, but just skewer the slab sections so there is some space between, and stand them on the grill.
Your time and temp seems reasonable for a hurried cook.
Good luck, and work fast. -
Wilco: Do them raised direct (even if you have to use a couple bricks from the yard). Then foil for the last 30-45 as you suggested. Wild Boar ribs typically have much less meat than typical pig ribs, so you should be fine. 350* is a tad agressive with wild boar (minimal fat content), so don't let it go much higher IMO. Keep a close eye on them at that temp. You may need to foil sooner. Don't singe them.
