sea bass grilled direct, possible?

Considering I need to make another quick cook tom as leaving for holiday in Mousehole, Cornwall, UK this week. I wanted to buy 3 sea bass, clean, scale, remove gills, then make cuts into flesh. Evoo, salt, old bay rubbed into cut flesh. I would love to try and egg them on the large. I would like crisp skin so will not use foil etc. Standard grill. Is it possible? I know I could do the in many ways on egg, but I want them grilled not half stewed! Thanks. Andy
