With today marking the one year anniversary of Mikes passing. I had to make baby backs for dinner tonight. His rib recipe/method is the only one that I use now

Rubbed with Redeye express, mustard and a light coating of swamp venom.
The bend
Sauced with BH TN red and original
My wife made her potato salad (the only one I will eat) and smoked gouda spinach mac and cheese. We were supposed to have baked beans, but somehow I messed them up :unsure:

Not long ago I smoked 9 spares st louis style then cooled them and food savored each slab. It has worked great. Every time we want ribs we go to the freezer. They are still very good. :P -
I cooked 3 slabs of them here in Florida also. Used Texas Pig Rug and half in Uncle Kenny's Original Sauce and half in his Mustard sauce. Lawd, Lawd they were good!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
