Artichoke chicken casserole

sitting on my porch with a cigar, surfing the net on iPad and thought...hey I think I can upload a picture taken on my iPad directly to photo bucket and grab the IMg code for posting.
It's was pretty slick. Image quality may suffer a little for printing but not the net.
I'll post the recipe later but this is really just mayo, mozzarella chess, red peppers in a baking dish with boneless chicken breasts...got another 20 minutes or so to go.
AND while doing this post I just realized I left out the main ingredient, artichoke hearts...so I'm running in the house right now to get some and lay them on top...arghhh!

I hate to admit but this is happening more and more...I even work from recipe and direction sheets...I guess my OCD catches up with me..Ha. I can't wait for it to be finished even before I start. Sorry, spent the evening digging holes in the yard...
Here is the recipe sheet as a JPEG...I had to change the artichoke thing to an OPTION as it was left out of my recipe page and original picture set too. I hate getting old.
