Easy pie - nothing fancy - but very tasty!

Trader Joe's dough
Dried oregeno
Sliced sun dried tomatoes
Sliced onions
8 pieces of pepperoni (what the wife and kids did not want)
Slices of mozzarella log
sliced mushrooms
Bit of shredded moz (what the w&k did not want)

Cook for about 20 minutes at 550.

Pie about done:

Then top with fresh basil

Then on the peel

Very tasty pie. Crisp crust, great flavors.

Got the 10# butt ready for the medium tomorrow.

  • Trader Joe's makes a great herb dough too :cheer:

Try a bit on your next za - it is not like a veggie - sweet but with a great flavor. Will definitely do again. ;)

That looks real good. Is the trader joes dough frozen or is it just roll and use. Don't have the time or skills to try making my own dought. I have bought dough balls from my local pizza guy and they were great but always ready to try something
This was my first try, it came out great. Love the pizza on the egg.
