I am doing some baby back ribs for the first time. Any suggestions on a good, not too complicated method? Direct/indirect, temp., when to put the BBQ sauce on, etc.

These are wet ribs, and taste just as good when doing them dry.
Read and follow the information on this link and you will have some great eats.

Indirect, 275dome for 4.5hrs without opening the Egg even once. Then brush on sauce and flip a few times over the next 30min.
Done.
