Searched and could not find answer. I am havig granite tops installed on my eggs new home in a week. Can I set the egg directly on granite?
Or do I need to set fire brick on granite and egg on stone?

If you have the 3 green feet I would recommend placing them under the egg on top of the granite..an air gap is a good thing...better yet not waste the granite "under" the egg and use the feet and a home depot paver instead...

It depends on the thickness of the granite, IMO, but I wouldn't do it. I'd put the Egg on its feet on a cheap paver. Granite it nice, but it's brittle and an Egg will stress it to the breaking point.
