Saturday night and Sunday's cook

Started the grill around 5PM Sat afternoon and kept it going until Sunday night.

Half chicken's and Armidillo Eggs Saturday night

Added coal to the fire at midnight and then put this Butt on at 4:30AM and went back to bed. Pulled it off at 6:15PM last night.

Very good. Extra armidillo eggs were great with Sunday morning Omlettes!

While I ate like a pig all weekend, I skipped lunches and laided down 10 yards of mulch Sat, fertilized and cut the grass Sun. (big yard) so at the end of it all, I think I ended up even on the calorie counter
