I'm working on posting my recipes for the Toronto fest - they will be in the recipe section - but I'll try to link from here to them.

The first recipe is the "Not Your Father's Cinnamon Rolls" - which anyone who tasted them will realize did not contain cinnamon. They were rolls containing cream cheese, bourbon bacon jam and old cheddar. It is found in the baking section.

Second recipe is already resident in the baking section - that is the "Artisan Rye Bread". I made that at the NiEggara fest last year - and on review realized that I had made some changes that made it easier to handle - wish I'd read that before I made up the dough a few days back - would save me the several days it's going to take to clean all the wet dough out of my banneton baskets!

Third - we have the "Grilled Asparagus Shooters". I'm going to post with the Thermomix instructions - for those without a TMX, you will need to saute the shallot, heat the rest of the ingredients and blend in the most powerful blender you have. I can't promise that anything short of a vitamix will make them as smooth as the Thermomix can. I've posted this in the appetizer section.

Fourth - Anna's stuffed mushrooms - an adaptation of a recipe from Bon Appetite - will be posted in the appetizer section and titled "Stuffed Mushrooms".

Fifth - "Thai Red Curry with Lychee and Pineapple" - I'm going to post the basic recipe for about 4-6 servings - the batch I made at the eggfest used a 1 litre container of coconut milk and 2 kg of chicken - about 3 times the recipe I make at home. Recipe is posted in Poultry.

Finally the stuffed figs - with variations. Not sure if you'd call the ones we did with Cluck and Squeal dessert or apps? But I've posted them in Appetizers.
