Smoking a brisket
Dennis
Posts: 1
I have never smoked a brisket on my egg before. I have the seasoning and stuff...I just need some suggestions on how long and what temperature. I have smoked on other smokers and it took about 24 hours at 250. Tried that on my egg and the brisket was cremated when I got it out. HELP!!!!

There are a lot of great sites with help for great brisket cooks. Below are links to a couple of methods. Great reads.
With a calibrated dome thermometer, 250°, indirect, figure about 1.5 hrs / pound. Cook to food temperature and tenderness - NOT TIME.
