Bacon, Sun Dried Tomato & Ricotta Pizza

This was a really good white pizza. I couldn't find my fruit wood chips, so I just used a little mesquite. Tasty! Scott

That looks scrumptious ! Ricotta is a "safe" (non-aged) cheese for those that suffer from migraines. I hadn't thought of using it in pizza before- but it could be the substitute for my former feta & sun dried tomato combo favorite.
Alas, bacon is also a migraine sufferer's no-no... so will have to come up with something else there instead on mine- maybe some spinach. Hubby will love your version though !
I presume you added no mozz cheese... and obviously no red sauce. Any garlic or butter on anything on the crust before the toppings ? -
All of the toppings are sitting on top of an olive oil, garlic & herbs sauce and then a six cheese Italian blend. Scott
