Cedar Plank Salmon

Did my first cook with cedar plank salmon and turned out arlgiht. The girlfriend and I both agreed it was a little on the dry side; wasn't exactly sure on the internal temp of the salmon but found out 155 is a little too high. I also used my Maverick dual probe last night and it did not disappoint(thanks mom and dad). Next item will be a DigiQ.
On one cut I used a lemon pepper rub with thinly sliced lemons on top and the second one I used a salmon rub that I believe would have worked better with a little maple syrup bath. Cooked at a temp of 400-410.
Anyways, thanks everyone and I did find a new top last Friday out of luck, a vendor up in Mt. Vernon, WA was kind enough to sell me a top. Thanks Sound Cedar Company.
