Jodie I have no clue, but what time is dinner?

I think you might consider a vertical rack for the turkey in order to maximize space.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

If it were me I would set up my egg for an indirect cook. The roast on the back, the turkey upside down on a vertical roaster in a pan at the front with the breasts pointed towards the middle.get the egg going between 250 and 300.
For timing the turkey would take about 5 hours. The prime rib something like 4 hours So you will be well served if the turkey goes on an hour before the rib roast. Both will rest for an hour or so just fine if you need that time to adjust dinner timing or to get one or the other caught up.
