Aunt & Uncle are down from So Philly so I told them I would deliver dinner today.
The setup
3 slabs of baby backs with dizzy dust & swamp venom going on
Sauced with Carnivore sweet
25 wings with Todd's rub me raw, great rub
15 sausage and cream cheese ABT's also with rub me raw
The happy group along with one of my brothers
Ribs came out great with pull off the bone texture
Wings were done at 400° indirect
beans and potatoes & onions not pictured were cooked in the kitchen clock thing.

Always fun to cook for others. The one neighbor that had the nurses is in a nursing home now so I don't get to feed the hood like I use to.

They know me to well so I'm probably liked more on here well,, except for that short Canadian dude :laugh: :laugh:
This batch or ribs did turn out really well so maybe when they get back they will overnight me some more pretzels :laugh: -
